Eric-
How do I edit the autotext in a master template in layout book and have all text in the other masters update to the same? ie. altering the project info on one master, and having it automatically update all other pages.
Is there a way to CREATE an auto text that will appear on all pages?
Also, I am having problems changing the company logo, when I click on the “drawing manager” (to change all logos on all pages at once) I don’t see the “Archicad Master template” listed! So I am unable to update all the pages at once…
Thanks!

The Layout Masters are each edited individually. In general, if you want to change the same thing in several of them, you can copy the changed elements in the one you’ve worked on, then go to each of the others you want to modify, select and delete the earlier versions of those elements, then paste.
It is possible to set up part or all of your title block in a Worksheet, then place a View of that Worksheet as a Drawing onto multiple Layout Masters. This would allow editing the Worksheet a single time, and having all the Masters update. However, since there are usually only a small number of Layout Masters in use (often only two or three), and there may be variations between them, this may be more trouble than its worth.
It is also possible to create new Autotext entries. In the File menu > Info > Project Info you can see the definitions of the Autotext fields, and of course edit the values as needed. You can also add new fields to the end of the list, and use them for the Master Layouts or anywhere else you wish.
The logo is listed in the Drawing Manager as “AMT Layout Master Company Logo.jpg”. In earlier versions (before AMT 13) it was actually a pasted in graphic; now it is a linked graphic that can be updated by replacing the external file. What version do you have? I tried to look up your email address in our database, and didn’t see you listed.
In future, as I mentioned to Don (above), it’s best if you login to the website and place your question in the Support Forum. If you need help with your login name or password, please send an email to us at support@archicadtemplate.com.
